Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Passive Income Club ("we", "us") collects when you use our platform (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum we need to run the Service.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — your email address, your mobile number (used for account and payment notices, and confirmed against the contact on your payment mandate), and a securely hashed password (never the password itself). If you sign in with Google, we receive your verified email address from Google; we do not receive or store your Google password.
• Profile details — your name, whether you are resident in India or abroad and your state or country, plus any optional answers you choose to give about the brokers you use, your options experience and your capital range. These are kept for our records and to understand our members; they are never sold or shared.
• Broker connection — your Lemonn client ID and the daily access token Lemonn issues when you log in on Lemonn's own page. We never see or store your Lemonn password or PIN. Tokens expire daily under Lemonn's rules.
• Positions you record — the option positions, stop rules, and notes you choose to enter for tracking.
• Payment status — your subscription state and payment-provider reference IDs from Razorpay. Card and bank details are collected and stored by Razorpay, not by us.
• Technical basics — session cookies to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, requested pages) kept for security and debugging.

2. What we do NOT collect

• No broker passwords, card numbers, bank account numbers, or other financial credentials.
• No trading done outside the Service — we only know about positions you explicitly record.
• No advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

3. How we use your information

• To operate the Service: authenticate you, fetch market data through your broker connection, and show your recorded positions.
• To manage your subscription and verify payment status.
• To send transactional emails (such as password resets). We do not send marketing email without your consent.
• To keep the Service secure and diagnose problems.

4. Third parties we rely on

Your data is processed by a small set of service providers, each only for its role:

• Railway — cloud hosting for the application and its database.
• Lemonn Stock Broker — market data, under your own Lemonn account and its terms.
• Razorpay — subscription payments.
• Google — optional sign-in, if you choose it.
• Brevo — delivery of transactional emails.

5. Data retention and deletion

• Account data is kept while your account exists.
• Lemonn access tokens expire daily and are overwritten on each login.
• If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices and payment records).

6. Security

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Traffic to the Service is encrypted with HTTPS. Broker tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to other users. Access to production systems is limited to the operator.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data, by writing to support@profitsfirst.in. We respond within 30 days. You can cancel your subscription at any time in the app.

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Blocking it will prevent sign-in.

9. Children

The Service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email before they take effect.
