Refund Policy

This policy explains when subscription payments to Passive Income Club are refundable. It works together with our Terms of Service.

1. Your first payment — 7-day refund

You may request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of that payment. Write to support@profitsfirst.in from your account email. No questions asked.

• The 7-day window applies to the first payment of a subscription only.
• Renewal payments (monthly or 15-month) are not refundable — cancel before the renewal date instead; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• One refund per person, lifetime — the window exists so you can try the Service, not to make it free on repeat.

2. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider (Razorpay) to the original payment method, including the GST charged, normally within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.

3. Cancellation is not a refund request

Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period already paid. It does not by itself trigger a refund — if you believe you qualify under section 2, email us within the window.
